I roamed up and down while waiting for the summon of Liam. I was not going to have any pity on him this time, I would lock him with Williams, while I tell the King everything.
However, when my Beta returned, I was disappointed to find him alone and not with Liam.
“Where is he?” I asked, calm since he was not the reason for my anger.
“I have had the warriors search everywhere, he is not in the pack.”
I swallowed. I clenched and released my fist at intervals. Wherever Liam was was not a problem, so I will find him when I’m back.
“Get prepared, we are leaving together,” I said to my Beta.
Soon, we were on our way. Initially, I wanted to visit the king alone, but needing a witness and someone to affirm everything, going with him wouldn’t be bad.
