I do not understand the king’s judgment. Yet, I can't question him. He was the king for a reason and I believe he would never mislead me.
No matter how I convinced myself, I was still worried. Why would he announce that he knew the suspect and give them time to confess? It doesn't work that way and no one was a kid.
Also, why would he place a reward on whoever finds Sarah? The king believes so much that Sarah was the cause of my predicament, but she wasn't.
It was just the enemies all working together against just one person. It made sense that way.
Despite the verdict, I tried to overlook and lead my pack normally. I wonder what would happen when Sarah was found because personally, I was going to punish her and give her a taste of her medicine.
