I opened my eyes slowly and I am not familiar with the place. I roamed my eyes around the room. I was lying on the queen-size bed, it was brown and white. I touched my head when I felt pain from it. I groaned and got up from bed.
Where the hell am I?
I tried to remember what had happened earlier before I went here. I gasped when I remembered the man turned into a big white wolf! Am I in his house?
"s**t, I need to get out of here!" I whispered as I inspected the whole room.
There's no other than that room but a bed and a big cabinet, one door, and two windows. Now I have to think about where I should escape. I need to save myself here. I need to report it to our commandant.
Our opponents are not normal, but werewolves! Is that even possible?
I walked toward the window to check if it was high or not. But I stepped back when I saw how high it was from the ground. I suspected that I was on the third floor. There is no roof that I can use to step on when I escape from it.
I went to the bathroom but it was closed and there was no window. Okay, the only option that I have is the door. I need to be attentive if the opponents are outside of it.
I walked toward the door and placed my ear at it. I am trying to eavesdrop from the outside. But I didn't hear anything. Is that even possible or is this room soundproof?
I held the doorknob and tried to open it when it didn't work. It's locked! I groaned in annoyance and disappointment. So I have no choice but to wait for that werewolf to enter this room and talk to me. That is the only way I can get out of here. When he opens the door, I will attack him and run. That's it.
I waited for a while when I saw that the doorknob was moving. It means someone is outside and he was about to check on me.
The door swung open and the man who I met earlier is the one who is standing in front of me now. "You are already awake," he said, with a smirk on his lips.
I stared at him with no fear, no bothered if I already knew what kind he is. There is a little fear in me, but I don't have any courage to show it to him. And I should not be afraid of him, I have to fight with this man no matter what.
"What do you need from me?" I asked, without breaking eye contact with him. I need to have a chance to get near the door.
"I don't need anything from you. I need you. You are my mate, and you don't need to escape this place," he said, with a serious tone.
I laughed and shook my head. "I can not believe this. Are you a werewolf? Are you insane? Do you think I would believe in you?"
He just stared at me. Davies still has yellow-black eyes. Even though I tried to believe anything, it still cannot process in the back of my mind. Especially when I am not a mystical believer.
"It doesn't matter if you don't want to believe. The matter now is to make you my luna. Sooner or later the witch will be here. She will go to perform voodoo to prove to you that I was telling the truth."
"Whatever!" I shouted as I kicked him and ran away.
The long corridor greeted me, but I focused on finding the stairs to escape that damn floor.
When I reached it I suddenly ran hard and got to the second floor. I finally escaped the house without any hindrance, but when I was outside, there were a lot of people there roaming around. As if they are protecting that huge house from somebody!
I turned my back and saw Davies running after me. "Don't catch her! I was the only one who touched her! No one has to interfere! Is that clear?!" he shouted as if he was the leader.
All of them roared, and I might go crazy! "s**t!"
I run as fast as I can. I escaped the gate and went near the forest, but Davies turned to the big white wolf and after me! s**t! This can't be! Is he for real?!
He roared loud as if he wanted to tell me he was really mad. But I don't want him to catch me!
No way! I can be dead than to be those creatures! I was crying with fear. I don't understand what is happening but I need to be brave and survive in this.
Now, I understand why those people who entered this forest didn't leave this forest alive. That is because of those werewolves! If that is, one of them killed my brother!
"Waaah!" I shouted at the top of my lungs when I saw the white wolf in front of me! He has sharp yellow-black eyes! He is Davies!
He sniffed and stepped forward to get near me. I accept my destiny, I have no escape! I am trapped! His pack is all surrounding me! Davies turned into normal form and grabbed me from my arm.
"Do you think you can escape from me?" he said with a deep-sharped voice as if it was reaping me inside.
I shook my head. It cannot be. "You are not real. All of you are not real!"
"We are real, my mate. If you want to know us, go with me!"
He suddenly pulled me near him and it made me gasp. "Let me go!"
"I don't believe that my mate is a human. I have to do something with this."
I don't understand what he is saying but it seems not a good idea. Even though I wanted to protest with him, it didn't seem to work.
"Where do you want me to bring?" I asked Davies.
"What is your name?" Instead, he asked.
Is he insane? Why did I give him my name? "I have no name."
He turned his head and gave me a sharped stare. I swallowed hard. "Okay, my name is Ravey Cordova."
"Nice meeting you, my mate." After he said those things, he suddenly bit me on my shoulder.
