~RAVEN~ The forest looked like it had been born from a nightmare. Trees hunched close together, twisted and dark, their branches clutching at the sky like hands. The deeper I drove, the thinner the road became until it turned to gravel, then to dirt, then to something that barely deserved to be called a path. The sign at the fork was barely legible — BLACKTHORN HOLLOW. Figures. Even the name sounded cursed. By the time I parked, the world had gone silent.
