The dark energy which flowed into my body felt incredibly good, like how flavoured ice cream would be to a child. And with a thirst for more, I ran to another hybrid as soon as the last became nothing but ash on the soil.
I have no idea how long it took me to drain every hybrid surrounding me but I did, taking them down one after the other until my body felt like some kind of electronic ball of energy that grew bigger, and more powerful, and more dangerous the more essence I took in.
