Despite the amount of gunshot fired at him, Kreg doesn’t slow down for one minute as he tirelessly wounded both cops, seeming to play around with them as if the entire situation was a joke to him.
Turning to Krystal and Hayden, I ignored the fearful look within their gazes and push Ally’s body in their direction.
While Hayden takes her from me and drags her body backwards, Krystal grabs my arm when I turned to slip out of the car. “Don’t go, Josh, let’s just use this chance to get away from that psychopath while he’s busy dealing with them.”
Her words ran over my mind teasingly, but I knew better than to give in to the temptation. It didn’t matter where we went, Kreg would find us, and I’m more than 100% sure that when he does, he’ll kill every single one of us.
