Who was Catalina? I looked at him in confusion as I answered.
"Who is Catalina?" he didn't answer as he dragged me out of the room. Servants in the hallway looked at us as he dragged me past them. Jairus was in the hallway as we passed.
"What is going on?" he ignored him and kept on pulling me. Thane opened the door and pushed me inside. I tripped and landed on the floor. I looked at the room. It was the room Jairus had asked me to sleep in. But who was Catalina? The owner of the faint lavender scent?
"It was me who asked her to stay here." Jairus spoke up.
"How dare you disrespect Catalina like that? You had no f*****g right to bring a common slave in here" that hurt. Common slave?
"She is your mate" Jairus said calmly.
