Chapter Thirteen With my hair cascading down my back, in jeans and a blue button up blouse, and light make- up, I knocked on David’s door. I don’t know who buzzed me up, but nobody came to the door for a good twenty seconds. When it did open, it swung wide, and in the doorway stood a man who had to be John. John was probably six feet tall, with a very similar strong build as David’s’, being muscular but not obnoxiously so. He wore a black suit, black shirt and black tie, all of which looked very expensive and very nice. The tie had been loosened and his top shirt button was undone. He had jet black hair that was combed dramatically back. He had these striking grey blue eyes that pierced me intimately on contact. His nose was perfect, his jawline chiseled, and his lips, oh God, his lips.
