Zachariah POV
I carried Rose into my house while she stifled her sobs against by chest. My family doctor, Jacob Salvador, was on his way. Jake was a close friend of mine so I trusted him to help Rose. My hard on was long gone. All I could do was comfort Rose as she held her hand.
When Jacob finally arrived he introduced himself.
"Hello, Ms. Woods. My name is Jacob Salvador and I will be tending to your hand." he kept short and sweet not wasting any time.
Rose showed him her hand. He touched her wrist and palm and each of her fingers. As he pressed against her thumb rose cried out.
I immediately grabbed Jacob pulling out of my way.
I rubbed her back trying to ease the pain. I looked up at Jacob who was extremely shocked at my behavior.
"What wrong with her hand?" I asked him serious
