Chapter 9: Magic Room

1403 Words
Stephanie went to the triplet ex's and chatted with them as if they were best friends, while I turned to the side and started talking to a person who worked there; she seemed more interested in the triplets than my existence, and I knew I wouldn't get basic help from those whose job it was to help customers. Rolling my eyes, I headed over to check what they had for sale. I knew I needed to start getting some of the makeup for special events if they were going to do what they said, but being up with no one to guide me in anything just makes me that type of girl. They call me unbelievable, irresponsible, rude, and other derogatory terms. The triplets witnessed what happened because the moment I took one object, I looked at the mirrors on the top of the section and saw them walking towards me, all while Stephanie continued to talk to the triplets' ex's when I saw Grason take some of the things from my hand and Jason take a small cart with him, while Mason took the liberty of drawing the girl's attention to do her job in the rudest way possible. "Could you please quit flirting like a w***e and help our girlfriend? Or should I communicate with your manager about your irresponsible behavior?" This astonished me. Hearing Mason caught me off guard, and I didn't need any more reasons to stay here because, in all honesty, this was just a rude excuse to get more from them when they were already providing for me, which is exactly what they've been doing to me my entire life, and for some reason, I feel like I can't even do that because it excites them, makes them happy, and makes them productive, which I don't understand. I really sorry if you felt I was flirting with any of you. My objective is just to ensure that future triplet alphas feel welcome at our store. I never intended for it to be interpreted as a flirting advantage; please do not, and I will take a much tougher stance to avoid this from happening again. The adolescent who was clearly hitting on the triplets tried to explain her actions, but it wasn't worth it. She was clearly attracted by the triplets, and they just said, "f**k you, leave us alone." It didn't, and I didn't want to stay here because it made me feel like a total and utter piece of junk. Just as I was about to leave, I heard the triplets approach me, and to my amazement, they took everything the alpha triplets had in their hands. Then I heard the bossiest of the three direct her attention to the four of us. "As much as it's attractive to see you guys try in being the perfect Alpha's for your future Luna, you have zero idea on how a girls world is, none of us are interested in getting our fangs extracted and declawed by you three, but her personal omega told us what's going on and we will take it from here while you three watch." Marcy and Grace add as they take two additional carts to shop at the store. "Becoming a Luna isn't something that is done overnight and it will take a lot of hard work to do the most very minimum if you think we're all doing this just despite you just be an added bonus to us, but we have much higher priorities than getting in the bad side of our ex-boyfriends." Jade arrived with Stephanie and spoke with power. "And we aren't just going to help her with her makeup. She's going to get everything changed from head to toe, so get ready because she's going to have a completely new look for the next year, and we'll make sure she gets used to it because this is her new Luna life." Hearing her say those words scared the absolute crap out of me because I am not a high maintenance type of girl, and based on what I just heard, they expect me to morph into this really high maintenance check, which I am well aware that I am not. It has been nearly a year since that faithful morning when I awoke, and my life has practically turned upside down. I'm still not used to the things I need to get used to, at least the ones I agreed on. One of the things I needed to do was to where and at least flats every other thing is a bit more flex, but then I was submitted to acknowledge that I have to at the bare minimum learn how to apply cosmetics if I didn't want to wear it every day I had to continually make sure that my hair was excellent. I took a shower and reminded myself that if I wasn't telling myself that I am as high maintenance as a poodle, I wasn't following through on my promises. It sounds silly, yet it is the truth. The only way I'll be able to fully commit to the tasks that have been assigned to me, and throughout the past year, I've only needed to learn all of these things, primarily because of what Grason will tell me today. He is the only one of the three prospective alphas who is taking time out of his busy schedule to speak with me privately on issues that I have already addressed. I don't understand and do not respect that. I have to perform a lot of things without really knowing what I'm doing. I don't mind that my style does not meet the approval of the triplets Exis and Luna Jessica because it is mine, not theirs. I'm making a lot of changes, but I won't change the things I love. They dislike the fact that I wear a lot of black clothing. Many of my outfits have skeletons, bats, hearts, flowers, and other imagery that is more typical of a rocker punk girl than a true true, according to them. One of the things I admire about humans and the times I had the opportunity to meet them is that they have self-choices and have established a rare variety of possibilities that people like Luna would not approve of. I believe I gave her a slight stroke when she saw my outfit for the first activity in which I would introduce myself to her. It's a ROMWE goth-style rose allover print cami dress with a black blazer, and because I promised no boots, I'm wearing buck heels with black lace stockings. As I was getting ready for the week because it was Sunday, I heard a knock on my door and went to put on my flat sneakers; the triplet ex's grimaced when they saw how many rock shoes I had purchased and how well I fit the bill they were expecting. Dresses were not my style, but I had to try. I paired my short trousers with a ROMWE grunge punk women's double-layer a-line T-shirt with skull mesh, allover print silk ribbon bow, and metal skull pendant. Taking my hair with some of the oil and foam to make it bounce and give me a vibrant appearance, I apply light makeup as I promised to do every day with mineral foundation and walk out to find a very dashing Grason in black slacks, a button shirt with the first two buttons open, and three roses. He cracked a grin. "Here these are for you one from each one of us, the other two agreed to gave me the benefit to talk to you alone first and hopefully we can make a good plan to over come this as it's almost been a year." I took the roses and returned them to my drawer before picking up my cellphone and little purse to head out. After a little walk, we entered the grounds, and Grason looked to the other side, where there was a hallway leading to the interior of the main castle. Walking beside him, he lowers his face and tells me in hushed tones. "I want to see something and you need to be in that magic room if I want to learn what's really happening." He takes my hand and we travel a short distance to where the main castle is located.
