“You're not focusing!"
Jake was in the woods again, training with Accalia. He knew he wasn't focusing, he knew it, but she didn't have to keep reminding him every time he fell or wasn't able to dodge her easy attacks.
His mind had been preoccupied since the previous night, having little sleep-which seems to be becoming a constant thing with him- it made easy overthinking and many unwelcomed thoughts. Jake had scrummaged through Alexcyn's room the minute he'd gotten back, but he found nothing.
Realistically it had made no sense as to why Alexcyn would ever get himself involved with bandits, or why he would want them to ransack and destroy ingredients in his father's factory. Maybe he was bored, Jake had a fleeting thought, maybe he was so bored of having the perfect life with servants
