Lunar Legacy

Chapter 1 :The beginning

Long ago, the Moon Goddess was a lone wolf, wandering the earth. Her beauty and power were unmatched, and her wisdom was sought by all creatures. One night, under a full moon, she saved a village from a terrible disaster, and in gratitude, they revered her as a deity.

Over time, the villagers began to worship the Moon Goddess, and she, in return, blessed them with prosperity. However, she also warned them of a prophecy: "A time will come when darkness will fall upon the village, and only a wolf born under the harvest full moon, possessing the power of lunar manipulation, can save it."

The villagers waited for generations, and finally, the girl was born under the full moon, showing signs of the Moon Goddess's power. She is the fulfillment of the prophecy, the one who carries the Lunar Legacy.

Thousand years later…

On September 23rd, 1993 was a normal day like every other day, but for the Lunaris Pack it was a special day because one of their pack member was in labor during the harvest full moon. They have waited for this day. For the day that the moon goddess would bless them with a hero. The one who will save them all.

“The prophecy is COMING” , Dr. Benjamin Mitchell shouts. “You need to push with all your strength Beta Emma”.

“ Come on love, push, I’m right here for you “ Beta Henry was saying to his mate to show her support. But in reality Henry is freaking out. His baby will be the one who will safe them all. His baby will be the prophecy that has been told within his pack walls thousand years ago. He is scared but he also has a big pride. He is honor that the moon goddess choose them to raise the one who will save them when the time comes.

“THIS IS ALL YOUR FAULT AHHHHHHH” screamed Beta Emma, “I AM f*****g PUSHING AHHHH”.

“You are almost there Beta Emma” Dr. Ben tells Emma.

“Waaaahhhhh waahhhhh wahhhhh” the baby screams and makes the whole room vibrate with its strong cries.

“It’s a girl it’s a girl” Dr. Ben screams with joy while he hands the baby to the nurse to hold. “Do you want to do the honor and cut the umbilical cord Beta Henry”

“W-what ohh yes of course yes “ Henry answers with nervousness. The doctor hands the sterilized scissors to Henry. He cuts his baby girl cord and the doctor hands the baby to the mother to have skin to skin contact before it gets taken away to get washed up.

“Wow she is beautiful, we did it babe, welcome to the world my little girl, mommy loves you, you will do great things.” Emma says with tears down her eyes

“Hello my little princess, this is your daddy, I love you , I will always protect you my little one, my Seraphina” Henry says with so much pride and joy.

“Seraphina, I love that name babe . Omg babe look at her eyes and what is that on her collarbone, is that , is that a moon goddess birthmark” Emma says with love and pride . She can’t believe that the moon goddess already has blessed Seraphina with the birthmark.

Its uniqueness is a delicate, silver-colored mark in the shape of a crescent moon, nestled just below her collarbone. This birthmark symbolizes her connection to the moon goddess, representing her grace, wisdom, and mystical nature. It adds an enchanting touch to her already unique appearance.

Her eyes that are truly captivating. They're an unusual shade of lavender, a hue so unique that it's almost hypnotic. When the light hits them just right, they sparkle like amethysts, drawing you in with their depth and mystery. It's those eyes that make her stand out in any crowd, that make her truly unforgettable and beautiful.

“Wow love , we have to keep her birthmark a secret. Only keep it within the pack walls. Everyone in our pack knows how important Seraphina is. Everyone has made a promise to keep her power and birthday a secret when the time comes.” Henry tells his love while looking at his little princess eyes. “Doctor please let everyone in”.

Doctor Ben goes out to the waiting area to let the Alpha’s family, Gamma’s family, and the grandparents in! While the Doctor went out to grab the family Beta Emma told her mate to mind link the pack and let them know the good news. While their doing all that a nurse comes and take Seraphina to wash her up.

15 minutes later

“Lemme lemme in. I want to meet my grand baby” Grandma Rose says while pushing everyone aside. Beta Emma giggles at her moms reaction but has the nurse hand the baby over to her .

“We named her Seraphina, because it means the fiery one, symbolizing strength and power. Since my little princess will be the one protecting us all with her powers that we will soon find out once she shifts when she is 15.” Beta Henry looks at everyone and informs them, “Seraphina also has a unique birthmark given by the moon goddess. See look, “ he points and shows everyone what he means. Everyone gasp and they gasps more when Seraphina opens her eyes and everyone saw her eyes.

“Wow mommy she is booful” little 2 year old future Alpha, Jack exclaims !

Little Jack fell in love with Seraphina when he saw her. No one notice the way he looked at her.

"I will always pwotect her and be her best fwiend." Little Jack says with pure love.

“Yes my little alpha , you can be her best friend “ Luna Ava tells her son.

“Henry, I already mind link the whole pack to keep her birthday and birth mark a secret. Only our pack will know. The good thing is no one in our pack can betray us, because our ancestors made a promise to the moon goddess thousand years ago. No one can break that barrier. I am so proud of you buddy and I am honored.” Alpha Liam tells his best friend with so much pride and honor!

“I will give up my life for her. I know we will be fine. No one will find out but if anything comes in any harm way towards my little princess, I will risk my life to protect her” Beta Henry says.

“And I will do the same, my son, my granddaughter will be protected. Our pack is the strongest pack.” Henry’s dad , Arthur , tells his son while looking him into the eyes and they both hug each other.

“Okay everyone, thank you all for the love and support. We have a crazy future coming our way. In the meantime we will raise Seraphina with lots of love. Show her wisdom and teach her why she is so important, so when the time comes our little girl will know what to do” Beta Emma tells everyone.

“Yes I agree with you , she will learn to fight at a young age, learn how to suppress her powers when the time comes. From what our history tells us, our pack is the most fortunate pack around due to having the moon goddess walk among our lands and for giving us Seraphina as a gift, Seraphina will always have someone around to protect her. I’ll mind link Gamma Jasper and his mate. It will be their duty” Alpha Liam express seriously and tells every one.

Everyone nodded and agreed to talk more later on. They all bid their goodbyes and left the Beta family alone.

“You are already love my princess, and we can’t wait for the future ! “ Beta Henry tells Seraphina while she is falling asleep on mommas arms.

“Yes , sleep tight my little moon, mommy and daddy will always be here. We love you” Beta Emma tells her daughter.
