“No, silly. We’re taking you to our nest. It’s hidden, and only a few know where we live.” Katherine placed a hand on my arm and looked at Roxy. “Uh… that’s an interesting look.”
“Shut up.” Roxy grumbled as she glanced around. “I didn’t have time to undress before shifting.”
“Well, here.” Katherine pulled off her black shirt, revealing a tank top underneath. “You can at least wear this.”
“And be Porky Piggin’ it?” Despite complaining, she gently dropped Axel’s arms and grabbed the shirt, putting it on. “I guess it’s better than nothing.”
“Porky Piggin' it?” Katherine’s brows furrowed. “What the hell does that mean?”
“You’ve never heard of that?” Roxy startled. “You know the cartoon character of the pig who only wears a shirt and no pants or underwear, right? That’s what I look like.”
