I can't function. This is definitely a horror scene and the figure I'm staring at is the Terror that gives jump scare.
HOW IS HE HERE?!
Will I fail before even starting? I take a quick look around in fear of police waiting to take me but all I get is,
Curious eyes staring at me. Shit
"We don't accept foul speaking here Ms Yolanda" Set me on fire, I said that out loud
"I am sorry ma" My apologies come out strained. Proof of my dry throat
"Introduce yourself will you?"
I stand straight, gaining back my bearing
"Apologies for bad intro. I go by Miss Yolanda, I have duo degree in English Literature & Nursing. I am your new Homeroom & English teacher, hoping to teach & learn from you all. Thank you" I say, fist bumping myself. That went contrary to my panicked heart
