Chapter Twelve Like a caged lion, Faith paced, back and forth, back and forth. For a moment, she had an idea what an expectant father must feel. She was in the small room created for people like her in the warehouse that was Jack’s Antiques and Auction in Boulder, a gorgeous town at the foothills of the Rockies that was the home of the prestigious Colorado University, or CU, as it was more widely known. The room was the size of a small bedroom with comfortable couches, a self-help coffee bar, and a little refrigerator filled with bottles of water and cans of soda.
