NINE The Old Village Post House sat at the corner of Venning and Pitt Street in the historic fishing town of Mount Pleasant, SC. Tucked in the neighborhood with its white wood siding and black shutters, it boasted the warm feeling of history and comfort. The tall windows that lined the first floor were fitted with plantation shutters while the cast iron planters on the front sidewalk held a host of vibrant colored flowers. If the business sign hadn’t been adorned over the door, one would think it was just another quaint home found in town.
