Vionne felt even more hurt when she saw Aldrin approach Driane before finally coming to her. Tears streamed down her face as she made her way to the parking lot, heading straight for their car.
"Vionne, what happened?" Aldrin asked gently as he reached her and pulled her into a tight embrace.
Aldrin quickly opened the car door. Raul came running after them, leaning in through Vionne's window.
"Please, Vionne. I'm sorry. My butler witnessed the scene. I know Driane, but I know Aldrin even better. Trust him, okay? Take care," Raul pleaded.
"Thanks, man," Aldrin replied.
Vionne remained silent during the drive. She had calmed down but didn't know how to face Aldrin properly. Though Aldrin had drunk a little, he was still driving safely and wasn't in a bad mood.
