With Gerald gone, I wandered around the house aimlessly, trying not to bother Connor while he was studying.
I got a ton of cleaning done. On the first night away, because I couldn't sleep, I cleaned all the blinds because I had been peeking out of the window at a passing vehicle and noticed how dusty they were. So I spent a few hours going around the house, wiping down all of the blinds with warm, soapy water and a dish rag.
During the day, after work, I found myself doing all of the laundry in the house. I washed it, dried it, folded it and hung everything up.
