  Lily's POV   The sun had scarcely risen and I was partaking in the least holy of breakfasts. The pizza.   Greasy, warm and slightly burned at the edges who liked it. Total perfection.   I sat on my tiny balcony, the cool morning air touching my skin. Rome was just waking up, with the streets below humming faintly with early risers.   My brown hair soaking in the Italian sun, and I had never felt so free.   My life was getting on track. All I needed was a job.   I took another bite, sighing as I glanced at my phone. No emails. No messages. Nothing from Sterling & Co.   Not that I was dying to hear back, but still …   The reckless part of me then, the i***t part, was thinking of Josh through the radio.   Something is wrong with me. I'm thinking about a man so early in the morning.
