'You should see things for yourself,' Kevin said and left the room.
I raced to Richard's room immediately.
'The doctor said that his health is deteriorating seriously and he had little time to live.' Kevin whispered in my ears.
We walked down to his room and found the doctor attending to Richard. 'Adam, thank God you're here. These are the prescriptions he needs to keep him going, but I will be very honest with you. He has very little time,' the doctor said as a matter of fact.
'What do you think will help his condition?' I asked carefully, not allowing my voice to slip.
