  Elizabeth's POV   The Coffee Shop   Lily sat at our usual table, fingers locked around a coffee cup, staring into it as if the answers to the universe swirled inside.   A smile pushed its way onto my face, masking the unease clawing at my insides. My steps quickened toward her.   "Lily," I called, catching her attention and opening my arms for a hug.
