Evelyn sat down on the bed staring at the food in front of her
She has lost appetite, she was just worried that Martin is going to find her.
“Evelyn,” The door opened revealing her sister.
“Someone is here to see you,” She said and she felt that feeling of fear again.
Could it be martin?
“Who?” She asked shakily.
“I have no idea,” Her sister answered and she gulped down. She stood up from the bed before walking out of the room.
She stretched her head to see who it was. He was sitting down on the couch crossing his legs, staring at the TV but it was someone else and she sighs in relief.
“Haris,” She called as she walk towards him and he smile turning to look at her
“Miss you,” He said and they hug each other.
“You got the job?” He asked. Evelyn stare at him not knowing what to say.
Asking that question was making her scared.
“No,” She answered and Harris sigh.
“Is okay, am sure you're gonna get another job,” Harris said, hugging her softly.
Haris was her best friend, a Friend to be proud of, a boy that always put a smile on her face. They met not long though but he has been a good friend anyone could ask for.
The knock on the door made them distinguish from the hug and evelyn stood up from the chair immediately.
She move towards the door and open the door…. meeting with him. Her eyes widened in fear as he stood bodly like a king with guards surrounded by him.
She has forgotten about Martin, probably…
“Hi,” He waves, smirking as usual and Evelyn gulps down trying to close the door but one of the guard has already held it and he walks in majestically his eyes fixed on evelyn.
His eyes slowly move to Haris who was just staring the whole time and a frown appear on his face before moving back to evelyn.
“Who is he?” He ask in an angry voice…….
