Chapter 24
The rest of our trip out west passed too quickly. Before we knew it we were back in Winterville and returning to our normal life.
I decided after we got married that I wasn’t going to call my friends. I’d told Mandy we were engaged and she was going to spread the word, but I wanted to wait and tell them all in person that we’d decided to get married.
The Tuesday after we got back, a full week after we’d gotten married, I walked into Bite Me! for our weekly girls’ night. Aidan had Xander going with him to look at the new house so he could get some ideas on what we would need to fix up.
