"So I'm not sure about my paper analysis. It's been two weeks since I got the letter from UC Berkeley and it's closer to valentine and I dont know what shall I write." I said to Ms. Emma Pilsburry.
"Listen Emily, this is your big chance. You're the diamond in McKinley, if you get that university also the scholarship, I'm sure that you will be the best graduate this year." Ms. Pilsburry said.
"But I dont have any idea what shall I write on my paper. The deadline is next month and I havent prepare anything yet." I said.
"You know what UC Berkeley is in the top 5 of best university in the US and the world." Ms. Emma show me her card. "Number 5 is UCL, number 4 is UC Berkeley, number 3 is Cambridge, number 2 is Harvard and number one is Oxford. That was in the world." Then she show me another card. "In the US, 5 is MIT, 4 is YALE, 3 is Standford, 2 is UC Berkeley and one of course Harvard." Ms. Pilsburry said.
"This is made me down. Seriously." I sigh.
"You can take my card, and hope those will help you to find an idea to make your paper. If you need something, just come here. Good luck, Emily." Ms. Pilsburry said.
"Thank you." I half-smile and left her office to cafetaria where the rest of glee club there. I sit beside Brittany as she looked at me with confuse face.
"Want some?" She finally asked. I shake my head and keep looking at the card that Ms. Pilsburry gave.
I keep looking at those card that made me down like really. Oh my Godness, what shall I do? Write my paper but I dont have any idea what I shall to write. I pull out my notebook from my bag, I read each page of it. This is my literature book and there is so many things I love in this book.
"Em, you didnt have lunch?" Finn asked. I just shake my head and keep reading my book.
Something catched my eyes. 'Shakespeare's Drama'. Yes, I really love Willliam Shakespeare and all his prose and his drama. I have to find many books about him. I have to. I stand up about to leave the glee club table.
"Where are you going to?" Finn asked.
"Library. I need to find something." I said and walked to the library.
As I come to library, I walked to the Literature content and I got it. The Theory of Shakespeare's Drama. I take that book then I keep looking to find another book about William Shakespeare until I got 5 heavy books and bring it to the counter to borrow.
After all books get sign to borrow, I walked to my locker to save 4 books and the last one, I read. I walked back to the cafetaria after saving all the books in my locker and take a seat beside Sam.
"The Theory of Shakespeare's Poetry? Since when you love literature?" Quinn asked.
"Since I walked out from Ms. Pilsburry's office an hour ago." I said while reading this book.
"What that freak woman said to you?" Santana asked.
"Nothing." I simply answer. Then I pull out my notebook and write the things that I think it's important.
"Did you guys have any plan for valentine?" Mercedes asked.
"What about party in my home?" Finn asked. "Is it fine, Emily?" Finn asked me.
"Ah yeah." I simply answer then keep writing the things from this book.
"So, PARTY IN HUDSON'S GUYS!!" Puck yelled. I suddenly throw him a slice of french fries to his face.
"Shut up! I'm studying." I said.
"Dont force yourself babe, you havent lunch yet." Sam wrap his hand on my back.
"I dont have any idea what shall I write on my paper." I sigh and place my head on the table.
"Forget about the paper. You can finish it later, now eat." Sam said.
"Not in a good mood to eat. I need to fresh my mind." I said.
"Hey Emily, I heard that your Literature score is the highest in Lima. Congratulations!" Grace, my friend from basketball team smiled and said that.
"T-thank you." I half-smiled and then she walked away.
"What did she just said? Your Literature score is the highest in Lima? And you dont even tell us?" Kurt asked.
"Wow that is amazing, Emily." Mercedes said.
"Yeah, it's higher than my SAT score." Brittany said.
"Thank you." I let out a sigh. "Be right back." I stands up and take a step.
"Where are you going again?" Santana asked.
"Ms. Pilsburry office again." I yelled and walked to Ms. Pilsburry's office. I walked into Ms. Pilsburry office but I didnt find her so I walked to the teacher office and find her is talking with Mr. Schue and coach Beiste.
"Did you mind if I back and talk to you again? I really need some advice again." I said to Ms. Pilsburry.
"No, sweety. Come on sit down here." Ms. Pilsburry said as she showed me a chair to sit in on front of her beside coach Beiste.
"But there are also Mr. Schue and coach Beiste." I said.
"Its okay. We already know your problem. Got the highest score in Lima right?" Mr. Schue said.
"Yeah. The first time principal Figgins told me about this, I was kind of dreaming because I love Literature with all my heart not about the subject or the teacher but then after several weeks a letter from UC Berkeley came to my house. Me and Finn shocked because we though that principal Figgins was joking." I said.
"You got a big chance, kid." Coach Beiste said.
"I know coach but the news about my score is become a trending topic now and its really make me down. It's feels like I wanna hide my face behind a mask or something." I said.
"But why? You know how we are the teachers really proud of you, Em." Mr. Schue said.
"Yeah. Actually you're my favorite student and you got this chance wow I really happy." Ms. Pilsburry said.
"The things is, this is make me think that what if I cant pass the test. That's it. I just borrow some books from library but I dont know what shall I write." I said.
"Dont be nervous and think positive, Emily. Listen that you wont get a second chance like this. Dont think about the others. Think about your mom and Finn. Just consider that this is a present for them." Ms. Pilsburry said.
"Emma is right, kid. I really know your brother really loves you." Coach Beiste said.
"You dont have to finish all those things in one day but you can take it step by step, Emily. Slowly but sure." Mr. Schue said.
The bells rings
"What do you have next?" Coach Beiste asked.
"P.E. with you coach." I said.
"Well, I let you absent the class and start doing your paper in library today." Coach Beiste smile at me.
"Thank you coach, and you two. Thank you so much." I smiled and walked outside the teacher's office.
"Baby you left your notebook in cafetaria." Sam said as we met in the hallways.
"Thank you babe." I said as we walked together.
"What do you have next?" Sam asked.
"P.E but coach Beiste let me not attending the class today but I have to start write my paper today in library so I will go to the library now." I said.
"Wow she is very nice. Well good luck with that princess." Sam kissed my forehead and walked to his class.
I walked in the hallways to the library. Find a seat there and start writing on my paper note. I read my book again and again. I got so many some main points so I keep write it down until all the classes end.

Baby, where are you? You forget that we have glee club today?
To: My Blonde
Oppss sorry. I'll be there in 5 minutes.
I packed all my stuff including my books into my bag and leaving library and going to choir room.
"Sorry I'm late." I said as I entered the choir room and interupts Mr. Schue who is talking.
"Next week is valentine so our theme is *drum rolls* Valentine Week." Mr. Schue wrote on the white board.
"I dont care you have valentine or not but just make this week become special. Love is everywhere guys." Mr. Schue said.
"We can have a valentine party in my house afterwards!" Finn yelled.
"Yeah but no alcohol. Mom might be home on that day but if you guys want to have a party its okay but no alcohol." I said.
"Mom didnt tell me." Finn said.
"I called her last night, my insomnia getting worse by day so I called her and hope that it can make me fall asleep but then, I havent sleep yet last night." I said.
"Really? You're just like a walking zombie." Brittany said. I just nodded and let out a sigh.
"Well then, lets get party started!" Mr. Schue yelled.
Everyone cheers including me yeah a bit. I dont really excited about valentine because I have something important than valentine. Paper analysis.
The bells rings.
The glee club is finally over. I walked into my locker, to grab all the books that I borrow from library.
Brittany was right. I feel like walking zombie right now. How the hell I can think straight when I havent sleep about one day? I really need to take a long long rest and fortunately tomorrow is Saturday so at least I can take a time to rest.
"You really look so tired today. Here let me bring this for you." Sam said as he take all the books from my hand.
"I'm going crazy. My insomnia is getting worse and thats really make me tired. Its sucks when you supposed to sleep in a warm place at night but you just awake all night long like an owl but then you cant sleep at school in the noon even though you're sleepy." I said while walking to the parking lot.
"Why dont you call me last night?" Sam asked.
"Because I'm afraid that I will distutb you. So I called my mom and hoped that she would sang a song for me and made me fall asleep but then it doesnt work. I moved to Finn's room to slept with him, it also doesnt work." I said.
"You really need a rest tonight until tomorrow." Sam said.
"I know." I sigh.
"I dont want you to get sick, baby." Sam said as he open the passenger door for me.
"I wont. I promise you." I said and take a seat in the passenger seat. I'm yawning too much when going home and I bet I will fall asleep in his car again.

"Finn did you see my books?" I yelled as I keep trying to find my book.
"What book?" Finn asked.
"My literature books. All those books that I borrow from the library as my references for my paper." I said.
"Listen, I'm not interest with all those books so its impossible for me to steal it. Why dont you ask Sam? He carried you home and took you to the bedroom." Finn said.
"You're right." I said and grabs my phone to call Sam.
"Whats up babe?" Sam asked.
"Did you see my books? My literature books that I borrow from library." I said.
"Nope. Why?" He asked.
"Those are gone. Please check out your car." I said.
"Wait a moment." Sam said as I heard the sound door open and someone's step. "All books about William Shakespeare right? Sorry, I left it on the back seat. Do you want me to bring these there?" Sam asked.
"But not now. It's almost midnight. How about tomorrow?" I asked.
"Sure. After driving Stacey and Stevie to their school, I'll come to your house. So how was your sleep?" Sam asked.
"Finn said that I only slept about 2 hours after you carried me home." I said.
"You better go back to sleep now. Drink a glass of hot milk." Sam said.
"Later. What are you doing now?" I asked.
"Just reading some marvel comics. And you, baby?" Sam asked.
"Just layin in my bed. Finn already fall asleep and I have nobody to talk now." I said.
"You got me." Sam said.
"Did I disturb you?" I asked.
"No. Just wish you were here so you can fall asleep easily." Sam said.
"Yeah me too." I'm yawning.
"Sounds like you're sleepy now. You better sleep babe." Sam said.
"Yeah kind of." I'm yawning again.
"Okay, I'll come tomorrow morning. Good night princess, I love you." Sam said.
"Yeah, love you too." I hung up the call.
I place my phone on my side table. Then I take my pillow and my teddy to Finn's room and sleep beside him, I really need someone to sleep next to so I sleep next to Finn. There's nothing more comfortable than sleep with your mom or your siblings.

** Sam's P.O.V **
"You guys ready?" I asked Stacey and Stevie.
"Yeah, come on." Stacey grabs my hand and we walked into my car to carry them school. It's kind of my Saturday routine.
"Whose this? I never knew you like to read heavy book like this." Stevie said as he sit in back seat.
"It was Emily's. I left it yesterday when carried her home. I will bring those book to her house after this." I said.
"Can you bring those after pick us up from school? I really want to come to her house." Stacey asked.
"Sorry, she is busy for her test to get scholarship from the best university in the US. Moreover she need rest because she looked so tired these days." I said.
"Come on, Sammy, please. I really want to meet her and I promise that I wont disturb her." Stacey begged.
"I'm so sorry, well on valentines, her and Finn will held a little party, I guess I can bring you guys there." I said to Stacey.
"Anyway what university she want to enter?" Stevie asked.
"University of California, Berkeley stev." I said.
"Wow, Tory's brother is studying there and he told me about his visit to California." Stevie said.
"Yeah, she is so smart dude. Her score is the highest in Lima." I said to Stevie.
"Really? Wow I hope she would to teach me sometimes." Stacey said.
"Well, we are arrived guys. See you." I said.
"Bye, Sammy. See you." Stacey said and walks off.
Now drive to Emily's home. Hope one of them is already awake. I park my car in front of Emily's house and then take her books and walked to her house.
"Hey dude, come in." Finn opened the door.
"Is Emily already awake? I want to give her this." I showed him those books.
"She is sleeping in my room. You can wake her up if you want." Finn said as he watching sports show on the TV in the living room.
I walked upstairs to Finn's room and saw a princess is sleeping there while hugging her teddy. She must be really tired and need much sleep so I decided to not wake her up. I walked to her room and place all her books in her side table beside her phones. Then walked back to Finn's room and kissed her forehead. Then back to downstairs.
"Is she awake?" Finn asked.
"Nope. I wasnt wake her up." I said.
"Yeah she must be really miss our mom. If her insomnia get back, mom usually sleep with her in her room. So thats why last night she moved into my room." Finn said.
"Its okay. I have to go. My mom needs my help and after that I have to pick Stacey and Stevie from school. See you, Finn." I walk off.
"Well, see you dude." Finn said.
