Derek’s POV
How is the meeting today? She asked through mind-link.
“Very successful. We had settled on many things about the cooperation.”
Good. She replied to me.
We held each other’s hands, walked to the dining room, and sat down.
“Do you get bored today without me accompanying you?” I asked worriedly. I had a day of the meeting and didn’t know what she was doing in the house.
Yes, sure. Angel has become a warrior and is busy catching up with the other warriors. Sylvia’s baby catches a cold and she is taking care of her baby. And you are busy every day, the meetings, Blood Day, blah blah blah. Only I don’t know what to do.
She said through mind-link while pursing her lips. I held back my urge to squeeze her face.
