The First Day

The weekend went by pretty fast I awoke to a beautiful day out sun was shining and the sound of birds chirping in the morning I was feeling great and couldn't wait to get started working at my new position within the company. I got up and showered and had me some eggs and toast for breakfast before heading a block towards my new job in a new building. When I finished breakfast and got dressed I decided for a more appropriate look for this so I was scanning my closet and I came a crossed an outfit I had bought a few months ago and haven't had the chance to wear it yet. It was a black pencil skirt with a white short sleeved and a black suit jacket and some black stiletto high heels and some knee high socks.

After I was done and dressed I grabbed my keys from the counter and headed out the and headed for my job it was such a beautiful day out walking by stores and looking in the window as I walked by I thought to myself eventually, I will be able to afford some of these clothes since I am going to be making more. As I got closer the building was so much taller than I imagined with all the windows and the doors that rotate as you walk through them and all the people coming in and out of the building and how the sun hit it made look even more beautiful.

I headed up the stairs and through the doors and when I entered I had to stop and just take it all in the cleanliness and it smelled really good and there some black leather couches with some black chairs and they all had coffee tables by them and the secretaries desk was made of a dark mahogany and the floor was like a light grey marble with some light black rugs by the couches and chairs and right when you walk in the door. After I was done with that I headed to the desk and asked, the secretary where Mr. Moore was located? she replied with a smile and said, he is on the 50th floor and my mouth dropped so many floors to this building I could get lost I said, thank you and headed to one of the glass elevators and headed up to the 50th floor.

As I was going up they had some really nice elevator music people would get on and get off on their floors and when it seemed like forever I finally arrived on the 50th floor when I exited the halls looked endless they were all around like one big square. I wondered over to the sign that told what the office numbers and who was in them so I looked for Mr. Moore's room and it was room number 326 so I followed the room numbers one by one and as I was walking I got to look in them and they were huge so much space and beautiful views. I finally found room 326 and I entered his office was like semi dimmed and felt comfortable and there of course his office was lined with pictures of all random things the walls were like a dark orange and of course the same furniture as was downstairs so beautiful.

The secretary walked up and startled me out of my amazement. She asked, hello miss how can I help you today? I replied yes I am here to see Mr. Moore and she said, can I ask your name and I told her my name was Sarah and that's when she replied "ahhh" you must be my new replacement? I replied I guess I am and she said, her name was Madeline Black.

I said, it was very nice to meet you and she said, I will let him know you are here I said, thank you and took a seat the couches were really comfy. Few minutes later, Madeline says Mr. Moore is ready for you Sarah and I nodded, and headed towards his door. I got really nervous as I opened the door and to my surprise I was met with beautiful emerald eyes and a big smile. I said, hello sir and he said hello back and he said, you can call me Brandon not many are allowed to call me by my first name but those that work in this building are allowed to I smiled and nodded come take a seat he said so, I wandered over to one of the chairs facing his desk and sat down.

I started by saying "thank you" for this opportunity to work with you I will not disappoint you. He smiled and nodded I don't think you will disappoint me you are pretty good at what you do I said, thank you for that not many have taken pride in my work and how hard I have worked to get to where I am at today. We both stood up and he walked around the desk to me and was only inches from me and shook my hand and said, this is going to be a great business relationship. He then said, let me show you around a little bit and where you will be working and what exactly you will be doing and we both headed for the door.

But before he opened it he turned to me and tucked my hair behind my ears and cupped my chin so I would be looking at him and he kissed me and I kissed him back and it was only a small peck though and he opened the door and out we went.
