Waking up in the morning, I find that I am surprisingly refreshed even though I slept outside and without Aiden by my side. I am still hurt by the fight we had and know that I will never trust Aiden with my heart again, but at the same time I can’t help but miss him. Hearing the phoenix song I close my eyes and release a breath strangely feeling calm, I’m sure that it has something to do with Lyric considering I was feeling sad about the Aiden situation and after hearing her song I have become strong again.
Landing on my shoulder I reach my hand up and stroke her head “You are a beautiful phoenix and I am grateful that you have come to assist me in my mission. More than that you are a very good friend trying to ease my pain in the way you know.” Lyric leans over and pecks my cheek letting
