"Her name is Maggie, she's a beauty, isn't she?"the Ostler, Mr Anton said as Thrianna patted it's forehead and it neighed in approval. "Hmm."she hummed,it was the colour bay,a chocolate brown body with black edgings like a fox, about fifteen point one hands tall,it was wonderfully lean and looked agile. She had woken up this morning and decided to take a ride around the arena and maybe beyond,a few hours without the lord of Nightfalls would do poor little heart some good, she had noticed of late how much she reacts to his proximity, she was becoming a little too aware of him and she didn't want that,,she couldn't express how grateful she was when the butler told her that he wouldn't be joining her for breakfast , because he had issues to handle in court, she could finally have a time of her own,it was so hard to fall asleep the previous night it felt like he was branding her skin with his mere touch and by morning she felt warm in many different places, she sighed as she mounted the horse "Thank you Mr Anton."she said. "Oh!,no need to thank me milady, it's my job."he said with a bow and she smiled, everyone here was nice tempered and she was grateful for that . She walked around on the horse for a while and when she felt she'd had enough, she returned the horse to the stable. "Good girl."Thrianna said rubbing it's back and loin while a stable boy brought in a heap of hay,she left the stable and went back into the castle, she changed out of her riding habit and into an ivory silk gown with blue green ruffles, she found her way to the library, Rose wasn't close by today and she had been dying to finish that journal and today she would. She slid carefully into the library to avoid any attention on her,she walked precisely towards the direction of she shelf she had hidden behind the day she read the book, she looked around properly before going to hide behind the shelf, searching under the shelf carefully, she made sure not to go on her knees to prevent from getting dust onto her gown, taking out the box she blew the dust coating it away and smiled, she didn't know if to be glad that the servant In charge of this post was slouching or be furious that she wasn't doing her work properly, either way,it worked in her favour. How had she opened it the last time?,it happened after she read the inscriptions on it ,right ,she thought. "Eht thgir seye sah nees dna eht thgir sdnah llahs nepo." She whispered and she heard the click by the side of the box. "Yes."she muttered in triumphantly. Raising the lid she took out the journal and carefully placed the box on the floor, then she opened the book, searching through to find the important parts of the book, then she came to a stop and read. Dear Madeline, his majesty has picked a new bride, lord Orion's daughter, the lord of the west, she comes by in every two weeks and they would be married in the next three months,he speaks nothing of his former lover,he does nothing to appease her,but she is quite content with the situation,I go to check in on her from time to time without the knowledge of his Majesty, she is big with child for him ,three months of old and it has turned to a scandal ,she is not able to leave her home as freely as she used to,and the king pays no heed to her letters,I hope that he comes to his senses enough to recognize that he isn't supposed to be in the bad grace of woman or people of our kind. Your's truly, Jacob. She schemed through the next few pages, what kind exactly did he speak of?,she thought. Dear Madeline, by tomorrow's eve his majesty would be with his new bride, she is sweet tempered with the heart of an angel and she has the potential of a great queen, she goes by name Estella, and the king seems totally smitten by her,it makes me think he had just taken the other as a passing means for his amusement, she is six months with child for him and society has shut her out completely,I send a trustworthy lad to pay her a call from time to time and supply her needs, but I fear that his majesty has an inkling of the visit I pay her ,I fear I can do no more for her as she puts to bed. I have to rest now as tomorrow would be a very busy day. Your's truly, Jacob. She felt bad for the lady, why would the king leave her without a means ,at least a generous compensation would go a long way, but instead he left her with nothing, that wasn't so lordly of him,she thought with a sigh. Flipping through the book she stopped on another random page and read. Dear Madeline, she has been delivered of a baby girl, she is a wee little thing, looks just like her father,I have told her that I would not be opportune to visit as I used to neither would the lad as we would be caught and punished severely, she understands our condition and thanks us for the lot we have done for her and I tried to encourage her to write to me if need be that she requires my assistance and she agreed but I know that she wouldn't as she feels too indebted to me,I hope she finds a way to meet her needs with out so much suffering. Your's truly, Jacob. She turned to the next page but there was nothing else,it couldn't end here, then why was the book locked up?,then she saw the evidence of that it was torn off, as little pieces of the book were still sticking through the book, she groaned in frustration, what could have happened ?,maybe she would find the remaining pieces in some other old book in the shelf, she would have to search for it ,she placed the book back in it's box , locking it up ,she stood from her position and left her hiding place with the box in her hand and the only thing going through her mind was how to find the rest of the story.
