Dear Madeline, I think the king has no idea of what the lady is ,she has not told him yet and I think he plans to marry her,he has revealed his true identity to her and has promised her his love but she seems reluctant to give her hand and he feels obligated to always send her gifts and I sense that she is in love with him as well but is afraid to lose his love. Just last night he asked that I accompanied him to the town to pay her a call and we left by dawn of the next day, he looked furious and I sense she must have lost her innocence and she told him what she was. I must go now,as it is time for his majesty's visit to the Suncoast. Your's truly, Jacob. She flipped to the next page, Dear Madeline- She stopped as she closed her eyes and opened it and it glowed. "Rose." She whispered as she placed the journal back into the box and closed it,she hid it under the shelf at the very end,and she prayed earnestly that nobody would find it , not even the maids responsible for the cleaning of the library. She stood as she dusted her skirt, her knees felt cramped from all that squatting, she took another book from the shelf as she hurried out of her hiding spot and just immediately Rose walked towards her. "I have been searching for your , milady."she said with a bow. "I was reading,I mean searching for a book to read."she said raising the book in her hand, the she read the name. "Ways to please a man."then she looked up at Rose to see that she had a blush on her face, oh no!, that wasn't what she meant. "I think I picked the wrong book."she said as she dropped it on the table immediately, who even kept a book like this in the library?,she shook her head mentally, maybe because it is called a library. "Milady, his majesty says he would be going out for an urgent matter and as so wouldn't be able to join you for lunch but he would be there for dinner."she said with a bow. Well there was definitely no need for the information as he didn't also join her for breakfast. "Hmm."she hummed as she started towards the door as it was time for lunch. After lunch all she thought of was that book, what kind was he speaking of?, what was the reason for the locking up of the book?,and what did the inscriptions on the box mean?,all she needed now was air, fresh air to clear her head, she sat on the bench in the garden again, she didn't even know if she was human, humans didn't know if normal human beings had foresight or maybe she was just gifted, what if that was just a book written to intrigue but then it wouldn't be hidden away like it was, she really needed to find out more, maybe she should go back to the library, it's not like she was doing anything around but then, it would seem strange to spend so much time in the library and what if someone caught her with the book, she would have to be careful about her visits to the library then, then she thought of her family, they would be home by now, then wondered how it was going for Trice and Darion, she hoped they were happier than she was now,she looked around, she couldn't live her life like this,it would dim her spirits. She stood from the bench,if she needed to find a way out of here then she had to start today. She walked to around the castle, it was a really long walk as the castle was a very huge one, she would need a horse for her escape, the sky was already darkening, the gates had five guards, there were two on each pillar by the walls all around the castle, it would be very hard to find a day for an escape ,it would have to be a day that there were lesser guards on watch, it was no wonder they were the country with the biggest army and land, she would need to device a plan, maybe also search for anyother possible exits. She turned to walk back in the direction she had come from but paused when she saw Ivor walking in her direction. Where did he come from?, wasn't he out on an urgent matter or something?and what would be his thoughts on her coming to the gates?,she just hoped he wouldn't think much of it and if he asked her anything she would just tell him that she was out on a stroll. "Good evening, milord."she said with a bow when he got to her. He didn't respond to her greetings ,he just looked from her to the gates, she felt cold sweat trail down her back, oh dear! "I heard you were out on an urgent matter,I didn't know you had returned."she said desperately wishing that he wouldn't find her stroll to the gates suspicious, after a while he looked at her with a smile on his face. "Did you miss me?"he asked. "Of course not!,I just thought that you would be out a bit longer."she said immediately to free herself from such an outrageous question. "Then you want me away."he countered . "I didn't say that." "But you meant it."he said as he was rewarded with silence,he turned to face the castle as well. "Walk with me Cathrianna."he said as he looked at her through the corner of his eyes with a hand stretched out for her. Was it too late to say that her legs were hurting? ,Then she took his hand,it was like an unconscious want she didn't know she was having, but as soon as she had it, it felt so good, she shook her head she was being unbelievable, maybe she just missed her sisters so much. Ivor looked at her, she was beautiful and she didn't even know that and that was one of the things that drew him to her,she was dressed in beige coloured gown unembellished with frills and then her hair was let down then the streak of silver was hidden beneath piles of black silky hair,if there was something he had noticed it was that she didn't seem to like it as it was always hidden. They were silent as they both walked into the castle but it was a comfortable one.
