They rode back to their designated house through the noisy crowd but Elle herself seemed cold and distant ever since leaving the garden. Jon was riding just next to the coach so unlike everyone else he could actually look into the coach and he saw clearly that Elle was battling thoughts and decisions again. He wondered what exactly the older King could have done or said to make her lose all the joy that had been on her face all morning. Jon knew he would find out eventually, he kept his eyes on the road and made sure they got back to the fenced and gated house without any troubles.
In a short time after reaching the house and dismissing the soldiers helping to guard the Queen as well as letting the knights go to their separate living
