“What the heck are you planning this time?” I asked, looking at her plainly. Her character has changed, which made me worry. I knew a lot was on her mind but never expected her to willingly go wild in front of me.
The air in the Alpha’s study shifted, thick, charged with her scent. My wolf stirred beneath my skin, pacing, restless. He recognized something I couldn’t yet name.
“I am planning nothing. Isn't it obvious that I want you?” She said, pulling me closer.
The scent of her heat, subtle but distinct, brushed through my senses like wildfire. My wolf’s ears perked, growling in approval.
“Okay, tell me what you want.” I chuckled, going straight to the point.
“I want to attend the carnival organized by your gang,” she requested, but I wouldn't allow that.
“No,” I replie
