CHAPTER SIX It came as a shock, but getting up early this morning has been no struggle at all. I even woke up an hour before the alarm was set to go off. Instead of forcing my eyes back shut, as I normally would, I pull myself to my feet and start the process of getting ready for the day. Makeup is a rarity for me, but today, the mood calls for it.
