Minute 7 Practice was uneventful, it seems like I’ve been doing the same activities forever, plyometrics, then coordination on the ladder: scissors, high-knees, backwards, in-in-out-out, the same. Just faster this time. Or at least I felt like it was faster, it also could be that I still feel heavy from being inactive all summer. Anyways, the second game of the season was about to begin.
