Minute 10 “This is silly,” I said while we were weaving between plastic cones at practice. And immediately regretted it, because Coach Studer surely heard me. He appeared right in front of me when I turned at the last cone, I noticed his displeased face. He didn’t say anything, except continuing to dictate commands such as faster, or don’t touch the cones, or the likes. I don’t know what had come to me, but it was that I probably subconsciously missed the way Coach Alexander did things. I felt we were not doing what our bodies needed to do, in order to get stronger, faster, more balanced, and such. Alexander always had a theme for the practice, and everything made sense from start to finish. Here, Coach Studer put a lot of effort into our training, but it still felt uncoordinated. Victor
