Something as simple as to talk about it with your mates, will help create awareness. You can involve the whole team, even the whole club, and perhaps your school too.
You can “adopt” an endangered species: renaming your team perhaps? and contribute to and fundraise for the preservation organizations that work very hard to save these species: get involved one way or another.
