Chapter 31 WASHINGTON, D.C. (Saturday, Dec. 15, 2012 8 a.m.) — Mac walked into the outer office of Parker’s suite in Foggy Bottom. He’d had to call around to find Parker on a Saturday morning; he wasn’t surprised that the man was in his office.
