The nondescript little man who called himself Decker was several car lengths behind the rented Cadillac Turner Hahn rented earlier this morning. The night before, the two landed on a small satellite field on the east side of St. Louis and taxied straight away to a hotel. Fortunately, the electronic bug he hid in Hahn’s suitcase two days earlier was putting out a strong signal when he arrived in St. Louis later that night.
