Two Ford pickup trucks came to a slow halt, each facing the opposite direction, on a country road surrounded by miles upon miles of golden wheat fields. Twin plumes of their following dry dust trails met in the middle of the road, swirled around the pickup trucks, momentarily making them disappear, before finally drifting off toward a wheat field.
