{Jenson's P.O.V}
As we reached Kiera my heart was beating so fast, I couldn't believe it was really her. I think my mind went into a daze and I wasn't aware of what was happening around me. She looked so weak and fragile and I knew we needed to get her back to the packhouse and quickly.
I asked Dylan to call all but one of the teams off. This was no longer a search and rescue, but an investigation and I didn't want the area to become too contaminated with too many people.
As I turned back around to see Kiera, I saw she had her eyes closed and was using her powers to summon a fireball.
Was she confused? How did she even have the strength to summon a fire ball?
What was I missing?
