Episode 8-How is going

1050 Words
Addie and Tylor's relationship was at a crossroads. Addie's requests for more excitement and adventure were met with Tylor's reluctance, causing a rift between them. Tylor struggled to explain how she is uncomfortable with such things now, thinking she might hurt his feelings since that's what he wants so is better to keep it cool. One evening, as they sat in their cozy apartment, Addie turned to Tylor and asked, "What's changed? You used to be the one pushing me to try new things. Now it feels like you're holding me back." Tylor took a deep breath and began to open up, "Addie, I know I've changed. I used to love the party scene, but it no longer feels like me. I'm happy with quieter moments, just us, together." Addie listened intently, his expression softening. "I understand," he said. "But can't we find a balance? I love our quiet nights, but I also miss the excitement we used to share." Tylor's heart swelled with hope. Maybe, just maybe, they could find a way to merge their desires and rekindle their connection. As they sat there, looking into each other's eyes, Tylor realized that their love was strong enough to overcome any obstacle. She smiled, feeling a sense of relief wash over her. "Let's find that balance, together," she said. Addie's face lit up with a warm smile, and he pulled Tylor into a tender embrace. "I love you, Tylor," he whispered. "I love you too, Addie," she replied, her heart full of joy. Addie's eyes locked onto Tylor's, his gaze filled with a deep longing. He took a step closer, his voice low and gentle. "Tylor, from the moment I met you, I knew you were special. I want to kiss you" He whispered Tylor's words were cut off as Addie's lips brushed against hers. She felt a jolt of surprise, her mind still processing the sudden gesture. As they pulled back, Tylor's eyes met Addie's, a faint smile on her face to avoid awkwardness. "I...I didn't expect that," she said, her voice barely above a whisper. Addie's eyes shone with happiness, his face inches from hers. "I've wanted to do that for so long," he whispered back. Tylor's smile remained, her mind still puzzling over the unexpected kiss. She didn't feel uncomfortable, but she didn't know what to make of it either (Campus)Tylor walked briskly along the campus path, her eyes fixed on the lecture hall ahead. Suddenly, she spotted Addie surrounded by a group of girls, all chatting and laughing together. Her heart skipped a beat as she felt a pang of jealousy. She quickened her pace, not wanting to interrupt the scene. As she passed by, she heard Addie's warm laughter and felt a twinge in her chest. She continued on her way, trying to shake off the feeling. (Cafe)Tylor sat at a small table, immersed in her book, while Addie sat across from her, earbuds in, typing away on his phone. His face lit up with a charming smile as he chatted with someone, oblivious to Tylor's gaze. She tried to focus on her reading, but her eyes kept drifting back to him, captivated by the way his eyes crinkled at the corners when he smiled. Just as she was lost in thought, Addie caught her staring and raised an eyebrow, silently asking "what?" Tylor felt a flush rise to her cheeks as she smiled and returned to her book, trying to play it cool. Addie's car cruised down the familiar road, Tylor gazing out the window, lost in thought. Suddenly, her eyes widened, and she sat up straight. "Addie, stop the car!" she exclaimed, her voice filled with excitement. Addie's brow furrowed in confusion, but he pulled over, wondering what was wrong. Tylor didn't explain, just gestured for him to follow her. She burst out of the car, almost bouncing with enthusiasm, and dashed towards a colorful ice cream bus parked by the sidewalk. Addie trailed behind, chuckling at her antics. Tylor's eyes sparkled like a kid's as she reached the bus and started scanning the menu. She waved him over, her hand beckoning him to join her. As they stood at the counter, Tylor's excitement got the better of her, and she accidentally ordered three ice cream cones. Her face lit up, ready to share the treat with...Maddie. Reality hit her like a cold splash, and her smile faltered. Maddie wasn't there, and the painful memory of their lost friendship stung again. Addie noticed the brief sadness and wrapped an arm around her, offering a gentle squeeze. Tylor's smile slowly returned, and she handed him a cone, her eyes shining with a mix of happiness and nostalgia. "Let's enjoy this, just us," she said, her voice barely above a whisper. The sweet taste of ice cream filled the air, and they savored the moment, the past and present blending in a bittersweet harmony. Tylor searched for Addie, spotting him across the courtyard, engaged in an animated conversation with a stunning girl. Her long, curly hair cascaded down her back like a rich, dark waterfall, and her fitted clothes accentuated her curves. She exuded confidence, her bright smile and playful laughter drawing Addie in. As Tylor approached, Addie waved her over, his eyes sparkling with excitement. "Tylor, come meet Emily!" he said, his tone enthusiastic. Emily's gaze shifted to Tylor, her eyes narrowing slightly as she took in Tylor's casual attire and relaxed demeanor. Her smile seemed to falter for a moment before she regained her composure. "Hey, Tylor," Emily said, her voice husky, her tone a touch condescending. "Addie's told me so much about you." Tylor raised an eyebrow, sensing a hint of sarcasm. "All good, I hope," she replied, her tone light, but her eyes locked on Emily's, sizing her up. Emily's smile grew wider, her eyes glinting with interest. "Definitely. Addie's mentioned how...adventurous you are." Addie chuckled, oblivious to the subtle tension. "Yeah, Tylor's always up for a challenge!" Tylor's eyes rolled, her smile tight. "That's me, always living on the edge." Emily's gaze lingered on Addie, her voice dripping with sweetness. "I'm sure you two have had some amazing times together." The air was thick with unspoken competition, Emily's interest in Addie clear. Tylor's instincts prickled, her mind racing with possibilities.
