Jenna’s entire body trembled as Drake’s fingers brushed the curve of her cheek, wiping away her tears with one gentle stroke. His skin was warm. His eyes — steady, fierce, focused on her like she was the only thing in the room that mattered. She felt exposed beneath his gaze, vulnerable and safe all at once.
