Ivy’s POV
We arrive back at the villa after midnight. I’m so exhausted, both physically and mentally.
Ryder comes out to the car. “How was everything?”
“Good and bad. Can we talk tomorrow? I’m so tired,” I say.
“That’s fine.” I can see Ryder is not fine though.
“What’s up?” I ask as Thomas carries the sleeping twins to their bed.
“I think Theodore is protecting Jonathan. I wanted to go and search for the asshole and teach him a lesson and the Alpha basically said I’d be arrested if I interfered.”
“Ryder, it doesn’t matter. Tiffany was behind the break-in in any case. Jonathan only operates on her instructions. Killing Jonathan will help nothing. I suspect Theodore knows that too.”
