Ivy’s POV
Thomas, Ryder, and the twins return after they see Theodore’s car is gone. I’m on the sofa with a very big glass of wine. I’m certain my head will explode from all of the stress. What just happened?!?
“He’s left?” Thomas asks.
“Yes, thank the Goddess!” I say. Olivia and Noah climb up on my lap and hug me even though both of them are soaking wet.
“What happened? Why are you wet?” I ask them.
Olivia takes a turtle out of her pocket. “We were saving Doris.”
I look at Ryder and he’s laughing. “Apparently Doris was cold and lonely,” he says. “Now she’s going to live with her friend Olivia...happily ever after.”
