Feeling like "mate"

Lumak's POV:

I follow her and stayed behind a tree little far from where she was sitting. The way she sat and play water with her hand she looks beautiful. I didn't say it but there are always a strength or attraction towards her. I like spent time with her. u can say I am jealous but I don't like any other man being with her. it hurts me. I think she is my "mate ". but I am not sure may be because she doesn't have a wolf.

I want to talk to her so I called her from behind.

Lumak: "Shaya"

the way she turns and looked at me I think my heart is going to stop. but unfortunately I can't say any of my feelings to her . I know she only sees me as a friend and if I confess my feelings I might loose her and that was the last thing I want to happen.

Lumak: " what's up?" I asked with a smile on my face.

Shaya's POV:

From no where suddenly he appears, it gives me mini heart attacks. he asked "what's up" I barely managed to say a word.

Shaya: "nothing.... I am just.... ummm ... wait what are you doing here during your training hours? "instead of giving answers I asked him

Lumak: "I keep following someone and end up I found my self here..

a smile appeared on my lips but in a second it fades away by remembering my conversation with my dad.

Shaya: "did you heard my conversation with dad?" I asked him.. i knew he was there.. I don't have a wolf but when ever he was near I can feel it. like before I feel it but I ignore it because I thought it's just because I want him to be with me so maybe I am having the feelings..

with a sigh he said

Lumak:" kind of.... I mean yeah... I don't meant to.... trust me... it just happened."

he want explain me like he did something wrong.

Shaya: "it's ok... nothing new right..!"

I hate the way he was looking at me with sympathy. I am not that useless I guess but to be honest I feel useless right now.

After a moment of silence he clear his throat and

Lumak: "hey.. so what's the plan for tomorrow..?"

by asking that he sat next to me. I bow my head because I don't know the answer yet. and the next moment he splash the water on me .when I looked at him he was laughing and I knew he did it on purpose. he did it again and ran. I tried to catch him but unfortunately it's my bad day so I hit a rock and when I am about to fall he tried to save me but we both end up falling in to the pond. he was tense at first he asked

Lumak: "are you ok?"

I splashed water on him and said

Shaya: "now I am"

and we both laugh and I notice he was staring at me and somehow he close the gap between us. he was looking at my eyes as if he want to say something. My breath became heavier than before and my heart was jumping like it will come out in a second. he was just about to say something someone interrupt and spoil the beautiful moment.

someone: "what the hell are you guys doing in the pond?" we turn to see Ian with a smirk on his face.

ohh I forgot to introduce"Ian" to you. so he is the best friend of Lumak and the Future beta of the pack.
