Author's Pov “So this is what you planned to do!” Rosa’s eyeballs nervously rolled around. She had no idea what he was talking about. “You’ve been a very bad girl!” Rosa clutched her skirt tightly. She was always scared of those words and today, he said them! “No homework! No attention! No study!” Saying that, Killian stepped closer to her. Feeling his presence behind, Rosa felt her heart trying to jump out of her ribcage. “What did I say yesterday?” Killian questioned, standing behind her while his monstrous frame towered over her small figure. Rosa looked down at herself, seeing how badly she was shaking. The closeness between them grew. Her back brushed the fabric of his coat, he was right behind her! “I don’t remember receiving any calls last night.” His words hit Rosa’s thoughts. ‘Calls?’ Her throat went dry, her mind blank. “Turn around!” His voice, full of dominance, affected her like magic. Her heart beat loudly and she slowly turned around, facing his clothed chest. “Up!” Rosa flinched at his sudden loud command. In an attempt to obey him, she slowly lifted her eyes but his height was too much for her! “Do you remember calling someone last night, Miss Rosalie Sinclair?” Her breath caught when he took her full name with that deep voice. Taking her time in dumb thoughts, Rosa gently shook her head. “Why?” he vexed while she blinked her lashes nervously, fear increasing with his continuous questions. Rosa shook her head again, turning his eyes darker but she couldn’t see that since she was much shorter than him. “Look at me!” Slowly, Rosa lifted her gaze. Her eyes collided with his, and suddenly all her nervousness vanished! Rosa’s eyes sparkled with glowing stars, her bambi-like eyes looked so adorable, as if she’d just seen her teddy bear. “Hmm?” Rosa hummed softly, looking at him with round, innocent eyes, almost losing her senses under his stare. Killian’s eyes softened as he watched her sparkling gaze. “Your homework?” His sudden voice jolted her out of thought, and her expression turned frightened. Rosa stumbled back when he stepped closer. She immediately looked down. “I'm s-sorry.” She softly apologized with fear. “Didn’t I tell you you should try on that?” Rosa slowly nodded. Killian's eyes darkened “You obeyed?” She shook her head no, slowly, hesitantly. “And why?” he repeated. His continuous questions scared her; her heart felt tight, her fear increasing. “I-I don’t know.” Rosa's voice came out shaking and broken, on the verge of tears. The air grew cold. A little sniff escaped her lips. “I want your... eyes on me!” His voice grazed the air, thick with dominance. A small hiccup escaped her lips, and she instantly covered her mouth in embarrassment. “Miss Sinclair!” This time his tone was deep and sharp, threatening her with words alone. Rosa’s breath grew heavy. She couldn’t resist him as if he possessed her, or maybe owned her! Unwillingly, Rosa lifted her head. Her lavender eyes collided with his dark blue orbs. Fvck! Fvck! Fvck! ‘Tears!’ Rosa’s eyes brimmed with tears, lost in his gaze. Her cheeks turned crimson, making her look like a doll, like a living doll. The look in his eyes made her feel dizzy. Her tears sparkled like shooting stars. Killian’s gaze darkened at the sight of her teary eyes. His tall height made her look like a kitten in his eyes. His fingers clenched into fists; veins bulged across his hands. The piercings in his eyebrows looked perfect on a devil like him. ‘Devil?’ A tear glimmered in her eyes as she stared up, unblinking. His feet moved closer, causing Rosa to step back. A tear rolled down her red cheek. But Killian's steps didn’t stop. She backed away until her back hit the desk, she flinched. When she tried to look up, she saw a monster towering over her. His large body cast a shadow over hers. Her legs trembled as she watched him lean in. She swallowed hard and finally lifted her gaze, meeting his deep eyes. “I am soly...” His pierced eyebrow rose while she blinked up at him, confused. Her voice was soft and trembling. He chuckled. “What?” He raised an eyebrow while she felt her oxygen freeze in her throat, realizing her mistake. She immediately shook her head. “Sorry...” Rosa quickly corrected herself, embarrassed. She looked down again, her cheeks hot. She had behaved like a child in front of him, him! Killian Salvatore! “So... homework from tomorrow?” Rosa gulped and tilted her head slightly to the side. ‘She just needs some words, only a few mere words,’ the thoughts made him chuckle. “And I told you to try that number. Why didn’t you?” Killian asked, leaning closer, making her heartbeat quicken. She found a little courage now that he didn’t sound angry. Rosa exhaled softly before speaking in her quiet voice, “I thought... I’m dumb.” Her words made him gaze at her in disbelief. “Why did you just think? You really are!” Killian spat coldly, and as soon as she realized what she’d said, her eyes widened. She instantly shook her head. “I- didn’t mean to say that, sir...” she stammered, flickering her lashes, bowing down. Sir? Her word made him chuckle. “I thought... I just... me...” she couldn’t complete the sentence, stuttering like a guilty child. “No excuses?” Killian asked, gazing down at her little frame as she spoke with her bowed head. His eyes darkened, remembering the scene of another boy talking with her. Unwillingly or maybe willingly, the veins in his neck popped out, and his sharp jaw clenched, which she failed to notice. “Be careful with your little acts, Miss Sinclair.” She couldn’t understand what act he meant, but she gently nodded. “Your classes.” He reminded her, referring to the next period. Killian straightened his posture, and Rosa breathed out, realizing just how short she was compared to him. His hands slid into his pockets as he waited for her to leave. Rosa looked up at him, pressing her lips together, her eyes full of innocence, before quietly walking out of his cabin. Killian's deadly gaze followed Rosa's small frame until she disappeared. His eyes tensed; his forehead creased in worry. Leaning against his desk, he stared straight ahead. ‘Too fragile!’ “s**t!” --- Rosa returned to her classroom and sat down. Aria pouted sadly. “You were standing for so long. Your legs hurt?” she asked with concern. Rosa shook her head with a small smile. But Rosa felt an intense stare. She slowly looked toward it, her classmate was staring at her again. ‘Why is he staring at me like that again?’ Rosa thought. She already knew that boy always stared at her. Aria noticed Rosa’s gaze and followed it, then sighed. “Hey, you brat! Why are you smiling like a creep at her?” Aria shouted, catching the attention of everyone. The boy, named Max, rolled his eyes. “Don’t you know I like her!” Max shouted back, making the whole class laugh. Rosa felt embarrassed. “What a shameless brat!” Aria rolled her eyes. Max rested his chin on his palm again, staring at Rosa without blinking. Everyone laughed louder. Aria sighed, “He’s totally crazy!” Rosa pouted unknowingly at her friend’s comment. Soon, another teacher arrived. As Mr. Kang entered, everyone stood up. The first thing Rosa noticed was his eyes, on her. Rosa blinked nervously, then quickly looked down. --- At night Rosa pushed the door slightly, and it opened. She stepped in, slipped off her shoes, and turned to walk upstairs and then her eyes fell on her aunt. Carolina. “Rosalie?” Carolina called, her tone strict. Rosa looked at her with soft eyes, fear in them. Rosa walked forward timidly. Her aunt sat sipping coffee, legs crossed. “Yes, Mum.” Rosa said, eyes fixed on the floor. “How was your day?” she asked. Rosa looked up and nodded. “Good.” “And your study?” Rosa’s heart thumped. She looked around nervously. Carolina raised a brow as Rosa timidly looked up. “Good, Mum.” she replied. Carolina nodded and returned to her coffee. Rosa took that as a sign she was done talking. Rosa turned but froze when she saw the man standing in front of her. Kevin again. Rosa lowered her gaze immediately, avoiding eye contact. Kevin’s eyes traveled from her head to toe, and Rosa didn’t feel good. She glanced up briefly, only to find his gaze on her body. When his eyes met hers, Kevin smirked. Rosa swallowed nervously and hurried past him. He turned his head, watching her small frame disappear upstairs before glancing at his mother. “Mom, I’m going out with my friends,” Kevin said, walking toward the main door. His mother just hummed in response, still sipping her coffee. “This cutie, I wanna f**k her so bad!”
