Chapter 4

After stopped studying 3 girls started working with their parents . One day starry got a severe chicken pox. John admitted her to the hospital. But John doesn't have much money to cure starry disease. so he decided to take loan from neighbours but they hide out when John comes to their home. After thinking jihn decided to sell the paddy which is grown by him . by selling it he got 900rs. After 15 days the starry was cured and returned home. Again there is no food to eat to these girls because john sold all the grain to cure starry disease. Again they lived a hunger life. "The society is indifferent to everyone, who has more money or power is the king and the people who have no money are slave".

After a few months john decided to marry sweetie. So he took a loan in a bank. on the day of diwali he married sweetie to jordan. Some of the relatives helped her marriage. now the work has more to do in the house because sweetie went to jordan house . Sunny and Starry started to work in the field . starry learnt sewing so she sewed 800 school uniforms and got 5000rs. which she wanted to give her father john but john bought starry a new sewing machine with that money and gave remaining money to starry.
