Eternal darkness is the only way I can describe my life, im a wolf, at least it think I am, my mind is always foggy. I don't know my name or even how old i am, but I think I'm part of someone else, occasionally I feel pain, in places I don't want to think about. most of the time I'm too weak to even move but today feels different, I feel a bit stronger today, and there is a light in the distance, and I can vaguely feel her, the other part of me. maybe if I can reach that light in the distance, I can find her.

I force myself to stand and will my legs to run, but it feels like I'm running through mud. then I hear it a mystical feminine voice, its kind and motherly.

"keep running Rikku, I'm so sorry my child, but this is the most help I can offer you, run sweet girl, your human needs you to run"

Rikku, am I Rikku, my human. I don't fully understand, my mind is still so foggy and I'm so tired, I want to go back to sleep, but I will myself to keep running. slowly, ever so slowly the light gets closer, and my body feels less heavy, it gets easier to to move but not too think. as I got closer to the light I started to realize a few things, I am Rikku, and I am wolf spirit, one half of a whole a werewolf, my human, she asleep i think, or drugged maybe, i can't fully tell or feel her. then I reach the light, and jump into it. at first its to bright, but then things come into view, im in a darkened room, there's a chain bolted to floor, i have human hands and feet, I tried to move but this body is the wrong shape.

there's something around my neck, i manage to figure out how to work my arms enough to touch it, smooth, warm, made of thick padded leather, it's got a ring on it connected to the chain, it's a collar. I'm wearing f*****g a collar, chained and bolted to the floor, what kind of sick s**t is going on here? I try to get up again but this body is hard to move in.

"come on human, I need you to wake up, human, I don't understand how your body, our body, works in this shape" I growled angrily in my own mind, but there's no response.

after a few tries I managed to sit up, I have some kind of tube in my arm, connected to some bags hanging on pole, and I'm on a bed, its dirty, and has reddish brown stains, my arms and legs covered with dirty wraps and they hurt, and I'm definitely sore in places I doubt my human agreed with being used.

I look around the room I'm in, just the bed, the pole, anda old worn out bedside table with a drawer, and luckily it seems like the drawer handle is loose. I yank the tube out of my arm and wiggle the drawer handle until it breaks off and then break it in half, using the jagged edge to cut away at the collar, it takes forever, but eventually I get it off, one problem down. I try to stand up and get off the bed, but immediately collapsed to the floor and knocked down the pole.

"did you hear that" came a masculine voice from outside the room.

"its probably nothing, look your new here, no one is allowed in this room but the alpha." came a different deeper voice.

"yeah, yeah, I know but if something happens to the alpha's little pet its gonna be our asses that pay for it." says the first voice

"f**k, fine, but if we get in trouble for this, I blaming everything on you" says the second voice.

i could hear metal jingling and a lock opening, this was bad, very bad.

"ok human if you going to be of any use nows the time" I growled in my mind, and again nothing. "fine, I'll figure it out myself, stupid human"

the door pushed open two men entered. "what the f**k, she's awake." the smaller one says, before a larger man grabs him and slammed his head into the wall. knocking him out.

"get outside and run southeast" he looked at me and said, this guy was the first voice I'd heard outside. "and don't stop running, southeast ok" then he grabbed the door frame to a deep breath and smacked his head into it before slumping to the floor himself.

I have no idea what that was about, but nows clearly not the time to think it over. I push against the wall and force myself to stand up using the wall to hold myself as I quickly figure out walking on 2 legs. As I make my way out of this room, and it's just a larger room with some battered furniture and 2 more doors, ones open, a bathroom, so the other one must lead outside, I move towards it, my legs are shaky but I mostly figured out walking now. the doors unlocked, I opened just enough to peak outside, I don't see or hear anyone, so i slip out the door, I'm in the woods and there's no other houses around, that's probably a good thing. I have no idea where to go, or what direction is which way, and the sky and dark and cloudy so I can't see the sun. nor do I know if I can even trust that guy that told me to go southeast.

"come on Rikku, pick a direction and get moving" i say to myself, bad idea, talking hurts my throat.

I turn to the direction that feels right and start moving, willing my body to move faster but I keep tripping and falling, this form is all wrong, I need 4 legs not 2. I shut my eyes and tell myself I'm a wolf, I tried desperately to be a wolf, I feel my body start to change, and it f*****g hurts, oh gods it hurts, and I get stuck part way, but its enough, I can at least run on 4 legs now, its awkward still, but I am moving faster. the sky gets angry and loud as it starts to rain, but I force myself to keep running. even as my body hurts more and more, I feel like im on fire but I keep running, night falls and it's hard to see where im going, branches and brambles tear at my skin as I run through bushes and undergrowth it starts rain harder and I keep running. I'm getting so tired, my body is getting heavy again.

"turn left and keep running, sweet girl" I heard that same mystical feminine voice again, and did as I was told. I don't know for how long or far i ran, but I eventually came upon a massive house and a few smaller buildings, one of had some kind of small room built next to it, and I was so tired now, the small room thingy seems like a good place to hide and rest for a bit so I open the door and go inside. I sit down and try to catch my breath but shortly after I hear movement outside and ready myself, as soon at the door opened I lunged forward and tried to attack whoever was outside the door, it was a man in nothing but shorts he was huge, much taller than me, he caught my arms and slammed me into the wall.

"I order you to calm down little girl" he tries to command me, s**t he's an alpha, but not my alpha, I refuse to obey and keep trying to get free snarling and biting at him, then all of the sudden there's a sharp pain in my neck and I start to feel funny, everything started spinning and then everything started to go dark.

"I'm sorry human, I did my best" was my last thought before I was back in my eternal darkness.
