~CALLIE’S P.O.V~
I released her hand and walked back over to Asher and Alana.
“We have to move her to the pack house. We have an infirmary inside, where we can get her hooked up to fluids and start some testing.” I stated as if I actually knew something medical-wise. I’m a history major for crying out loud. Why didn’t I become a med student like Jade!? I regret wanting to know about the history of medicine!
“I knew she wasn’t who we were looking for,” Alana says as she laughs.
“Shut up Alana. Mom is never wrong!”
“Well, she hasn’t exactly been in her right state of mind lately, Asher, how would she know from one touch that this girl is the newfound healer of all!?” She screams.
“It doesn’t matter! We have to do something! Something is better than nothing!” He screams back.
