I vaguely remember my mate inviting another to our bed, but for some reason, I didn’t feel any overwhelming jealousy as I did before with other people. Maybe her wolf used her power to control my feelings? It makes no sense. I don’t want to share my mate, but I didn’t mind the offer. This is yet another thing we don’t understand about Callie. So many mysteries. Makes me wonder if we will ever truly know what she is capable of. I’ve never heard of multiple mates at once, but then again, second-chance mates were unheard of and here we are. I also had never known a goddess before Callie, only heard the legends. We all thought the story about the goddess was fake, but Callie proves otherwise. What once was a legend is now a reality.
