Jade bombarded me with questions as Gunner walked away smirking. I wasn't ready to tell my best friend what I had just done. What I did was not morally right.
'Pff morals or not, they deserved it, plus it was quick and easy. They didn't suffer like they made some of our pack!' Emery screamed in my head.
She was right, they showed no mercy as they came through the pack hurting and killing many innocent people. So many lives were gone while many are in critical condition in the pack hospital. Luckily, the ones harmed will heal with immense speed, since wolves heal at a much faster pace.
"Hello! Earth to Callie! I'm talking to you!" Jade yells, breaking me from my thoughts.
"Sorry Jay, I was just in my thoughts," I replied with a smile that didn't quite reach my eyes
